While the coaches at CFR have taken several nutrition classes, and actively & passionately read & research everything they can about nutrition, we are not certified or licensed nutritionists. We share information that we not only learn, but that we actually experience on a daily basis. None of this information should be construed as medical advice. These are merely recommendations and suggestions that you may wish to pursue and research further in your quest to be healthier, live longer, and be stronger. Please consult an open-minded physician if you have concerns about whether these suggestions are the best course of action for you.

Jessica’s 10 Day PRIMAL/PALEO Challenge

As a health advocate, my greatest challenge has not been getting people to exercise, it’s been convincing them to improve their diet. I can not say it enough; “Nutrition is the most important part of your health and must be the foundation for any solid training program!”

This does not negate the fact that regular exercise is essential to cardiovascular health, strength, and injury prevention, but it will be a constant challenge to change and maintain your body composition, and greatly decrease your risk of disease until you change your diet.

This may explain why some people exercise 7 days a week, run 5 or 10 miles a day, do 100 sit-ups a day, and still can’t lose their belly fat – the pudgy marathoner or pot belly weight lifter – or why your seemingly fit friend always seems to be tired or sick.

Genetics only play a limited role in our body’s composition. It’s the things we actually have control over that have the largest affect – Our Diet being the main one. What we put in our body becomes our fuel, so how well our body (and mind) performs depends on how clean our fuel is. ”We are what we eat!”

Sure, we all know one or two people who seem to be an exception to these rules (I’m not sure why), but we’re not talking about the exception, we’re talking about you!

So if you are Really Ready to take control of your weight, you can begin by following the simple, straightforward guidelines outlined in Jessica’s 10 Day Challenge. These nutritional changes are not meant to be abandoned after the 10 days. This is how many of us eat on a daily basis. I simply chose 10 days  to prove how quickly you begin noticing major changes in your body and overall health once you remove the “poison” from your diet.”

Do you want to lose belly weight? Increase your energy? Have sustained energy throughout the day? Feel better overall? Well you can begin by taking Jessica’s 10 Day Challenge.
