

Having 9 months of CrossFit under my belt, I can say that I am a true believer in the CrossFit methodology. I feel more well-rounded as an athlete and the gains in strength/power have given me the confidence to push myself harder.I am not putting in the long training hours, yet my times and results are better and I am injury free.
