FUNDAMENTALS -Learn CrossFit principles and foundation exercises in five (5) small group sessions, for optimal performance, progress, and safety.

Required for anyone who is new to CrossFit. These classes are also perfect for anyone with less than 3 months of CrossFit experience, particularly those who have been doing the WOD’s on their own, without guidance.

Attire: Please dress in comfortable workout clothes and wear the flattest shoes you own. Padded running shoes are least ideal.

Schedule: Monthly, at 7am or 715 pm. See Calendar for current schedule.

*We will also accommodate additional dates & times for those who have a group of 3 or more.

Must Register & PAY in advance online or in person.

Cost: $100

*Fundamentals is Valid for 2 weeks from date of completion. After that, Fundamentals must be repeated prior to membership.
