WARNING!
If you lack the ability to commit to a program and would rather make excuses than work hard, then we are not the gym for you! If you cannot leave your ego at the door, be consistent in your visits, or fail to take our advice, then your progress will be blunted and you will have no one to blame but yourself. We will play “favorites” with any and all clients who commit, listen and learn when they walk in our gym. If you bring the right attitude and willingness to work hard, learn and enjoy a new sport, then we can get you to your goals.
Before joining our regular Group Classes, All new clients MUST partake in either the 3 day Fundamentals Class, or if you have been inactive for over a year or have physical limitations, you must sign up for a series of private sessions with one of our coaches. If you are not sure whether you are qualified for the Fundamentals class, please contact us to schedule a Free Assessment with one of our head coaches.
The only exception to either of these two options would be in the case of a client with previous CrossFit training through another CrossFit affiliate. This will be verified by contacting the previous affiliate, and may still require an initial assessment with a CFR head coach.
